About meHi!I am Avlesh, a techie at heart. I boast of - my great stints with two successful Indian

poor IIT-JEE 2001 rank and above all, an enviable pool of friends. Welcome to the personal space of a 2005 batch engineering graduate from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad. I love solving complex problems. I am of the do.more.and.talk.less kind. I generally believe in envisaging and implementing solutions to a problem than merely talking about it. I hate people who "create strategies and plans". I love everything about physics - the laws of motion, kinematics/dynamics, the theory of relativity and ... yes - black holes (only after i finished reading "A Brief History of Time"). I can have prolonged discussions on these theories and my mini knowledge bank of other physical theories, over a few bottles of what we call, "the mallya juice" at burrp! I am a big bollywood buff - not the "i remember it all" kind but more of the watched it n number of times kind. Might sound stupid, but i saw "Rang de basanti" 11 times, "Dil chahta hai" 9 times and "Om Shanti Om" 5 times till September 8, 2008. I have started catching-up with a lot of hollywood classics these days too. I generally love people - i love them when they are not preparing for the IIT-JEE as everyone does; i love them when they are not complaining about their jobs/bosses; i love them when they are not preparing for the CAT or trying to get into a "managerial" role; i love them when they are able to do more and talk less. |
